Whether its answering questions, helping them find required docs for their cases, or bringing their more involved questions to the attorney, clients are thankful for the help he provides. The third-party web-based management system used at ILM enables our clients to quickly and efficiently input their information in support of their applications. Being one of the main points of contact at the office, he is able to help clients with many of their questions or concerns. Rock also helps the attorney edit drafts of case documents, checks and prepares case documents for clients to sign, as well as researches how to acquire documents for specific types of cases.
Rock, Helping Clients With Canadian Rehabilitation
Rock’s specialty is helping clients with the Canadian Rehabilitation process. He does this helping by clients with the forms, and in securing the documents they need to successfully enter Canada. Even clients previously arrested for a simple DUI can find it overwhelming to engage in the research needed to put together an application. Putting together what the Canadian authorities want in an applicant’s explanations of their convictions and why they are rehabilitated can frustrate most people. Rock helps clients with their responses in consultation with the attorney and makes sure that their explanations are more likely to be accepted by the Canadian officials.
