Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. (ILM) is a full-service law firm dedicated to solving clients’ problems. We mostly help people in the United States from Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. We also help a lot of Canadians from our adjacent provinces Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. From A to Z, well not quite, from Asylum to Waivers and everything in between, like Citizenship, and Green Cards, we can help you.
Our Personnel
Christopher Flann founded Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. in 2001. At the beginning he worked on his own. Due to our clients appreciating our services, Immigration Law of Montana, P.C. grew. Three legal assistants, Collette Layton, Taryn Riojas and Rockwell Hinkle now assist Christopher. ILM also employs a full-time intake person who answers your phone calls and schedules consultations. We also have a full-time business manager who handles our finances.
Our Location
We are an unconventional law office. Rather than practice law in the city, our owner prefers to be in the country. We therefore run the law office out of a very large house located by Crooked Creek in Shepherd, Montana. If you come by, maybe you will hear our turkey gobble or see the emu patrolling the fence lines. Our goats have all gone to go to heaven. But our fields are full of wildlife like pheasants and deer.
How We Work
Perhaps these days the phrase paperless office is a cliché. Nevertheless, we strive to make the bureaucracy of immigration with all its forms and documents manageable to you the clients through using technology. We process most of the cases for benefits from the USCIS using a third-party software system, LawLogix. This system, a kind of online database accessible through the Internet, enables us to help your relatives outside of the United States efficiently and quickly.
Our Reviews
Over the years, we’ve paid a lot of attention to helping our clients succeed in their immigration goals. Happy clients have rewarded us by referring their friends. We have also started memorializing some of that customer satisfaction on our reviews and testimonials page. Please visit it if you have any concerns about hiring us to help you.
Our Scholarship Program
Montana might not be the center of the immigration debate in the United States today, but ILM recently started a program to better help students thoughtfully discuss the immigration issue. We recently started a scholarship program for high school, college, and university students. We have a local, state, and national scholarship. If you’re interested, please apply.
Our Montana Style
We like to think that we help clients solve immigration problems, including some very complex ones, with a friendly Montana style touch. If this sounds like it would suit your needs, please contact us.
